Eleda has signed the Swedish Construction Federation’s roadmap for fossil-free competitiveness
Together with over 100 companies and industry participants, Eleda has signed the construction sector's roadmap for fossil-free competitiveness. In doing so, we adopt the goal of halving our climate emissions by 2030 and achieving net zero emissions by 2045.
The infrastructure group Eleda acquires Sartor & Drange AS, a market-leading civil engineering contractor in the Bergen region. Sartor & Drange offers services in areas such as road, water and sewerage and foundation work in western Norway. Sartor & Drange has approximately 200 employees and a turnover of approximately NOK 1,100 million.

Eleda's founders, Johan Halvardsson and Peter Condrup, are the only B2B entrepreneurs in the finals of the newspaper Svenska Dagbladet's honorary award, “SvD Affärsbragd 2024”. Ten companies were nominated, and the five candidates who received the most votes made it to the finals. The winner will be chosen by a jury on May 28.
Infrastructure company Eleda has entered into an agreement to acquire the majority of shares in Arctic Infra (”Arctic”). Arctic has its headquarters in Luleå and offices in Kiruna, Pajala, Gällivare, and Boden and operates in four business areas (ground & infrastructure, construction, operation & maintenance, and rock blasting). The company has 50 employees and has a turnover of approximately SEK 450 million.

Bain Capital Private Equity (‘Bain Capital’), a leading global private investment firm, today announced it has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Eleda, the Swedish infrastructure projects and services firm, from Altor who will retain a minority stake. Eleda’s founders, Johan Halvardsson and Peter Condrup, and management team will substantially reinvest in the company.
Eleda enters the Norwegian market through the acquisition of two operating businesses from Gjermundshaug
The Swedish infrastructure services company Eleda has entered into an agreement to buy 100 percent of Gjermundshaug Anlegg AS and Anlegg Øst Entreprenør AS. The companies carry out projects within road, railway, and other infrastructure. Through the acquisition Eleda enters Norway and commences their international expansion.
